General description:

The controllers are highly durable, reliable, and secure industrial radio remote control systems. Versatile features allow their use in a variety of remote control applications. The systems can be used to control factories with cranes, elevators, trolleys, construction equipment, automatic control systems, and many others.

The system includes several safety circuits that provide maximum safety and ensure that the system is resistant to external interference.

The system uses advanced microprocessors with high software, which do not need to check and correct performance, to ensure 100% transmission, decoding, and control of all output relays. This highly developed software includes CRC (cyclic code verification) and Hamming programming code (recovery).

The encoder and receiver encoder thus uses advanced microprocessor control. The availability of 32,768 sets of unique identifiers will ensure that commands can only be executed without proper interference from other radio systems with the appropriate transmitter control.

For additional system safety, it also includes a special type of safety main contact relays. If the main relay fails (does not open or close during operation) to give an immediate signal, the system closes to prevent the possibility of possible accidents.

100% waterproof transmitter and receiver, housing, also battery compartment.

Remote control systems consist of waterproof transmitters and receivers. The transmitter housing is designed using industrial strength composite materials that are resistant to dust, water, oils, acids, alkalis, heat, and sunlight, as well as resistant to deformation due to long-term use in harsh working environments. The buttons are made out of industrial-strength composite materials with at least one million print cycles. To save battery power, the transmitter is designed and manufactured with special ultra-efficiencies that require only two alkaline batteries for more than 150 hours of continuous operation.

Safety instructions:

Controllers are relatively easy to use, although it is very important to consider proper safety, productivity, and efficiency in the workplace.

The following procedures must be followed:

  1. Check the transmitter housing and buttons every day so that no damage inhibits the proper operation of the transmitter controller with any faults that should be removed from use immediately.
  2. The voltage of the transmitter should be checked daily. If the voltage is low (the red status light is blinking or completely off), both alkaline batteries must be replaced.
  3. The red emergency stop (EMS) button should be checked at the beginning of each shift to ensure that it is in good condition.
  4. In the event of an emergency, press the EMS (stop button) button, which will immediately turn off the MAIN relay receiver.
  5. The transmitter's power switch must be turned off after each use and must never be left in the "on" state when the unit is unattended.
  6. Do not use the same RF channel and identification code as any other system in use at the same facility or within 900 meters of the distance.
  7. For models with a wrist strap or belt, it must be worn at all times during the operation to prevent accidental damage to the transmitter.
  8. Never use an elevator and equipment with two transmitters on the same RF channel and ID code.

Caution:

During the initial installation of your remote control system, the spare (second) transmitter should be tested to confirm that it is working properly, then the batteries should be removed and the transmitter is stored in a protected area. Failure to observe this safety procedure may result in the accidental operation of your lift or the lift by unauthorized personnel resulting in serious injury or death!

Details about installation:

- Check and confirm controls before installation.

- Turn it OFF.

- Check the position of the receiver so that it is not affected by external factors.

- The receiver is fixed so that it does not loosen or fall.

- Pairing with the power crane and emitter function settings (including relay output) to prevent incorrect connection.

- Position the receiver away from the motor, the inverter, and the cable at least 3 m (see the following figure) to avoid unnecessary interference.

- The receiver is on top of the power room and then the output cable in the power box does not set the receiver inside that room. If it needs to be in a box, then install the antenna outside the box.
