HYDRAULIC TOP LINK WITH HOOK - 2 CAT. 60/35-240 ECO
The price includes hydraulic hoses
Hydraulic top link
The hydraulic top link is a conventional double-acting hydraulic cylinder with welded mounting connections between the tractor and the tractor attachment. Hydraulic drawbars are corrosion protected by galvanizing. All hydraulic drawbars also have a valve block installed, which serves for safety (in case of damage to the hydraulic hose, the drawbar cylinder remains in the same place, consequently also the tractor connection). The block valve also serves to ensure that the hoses are not under pressure and thus does not load the hydraulic valve on the tractor due to vibrations while driving.
Three most common types:
- standard top link
(has a welded eye bearing on both sides)
- automatic top link with hook
(the piston rod has an automatic quick-release ball hook for the tractor attachment)
- special top link with hook
(it is an automatic drawbar, which has a special hook welded on the cylinder instead of an eye bearing, which enables the bigger movement of the drawbar in the left or right direction),
Use:
Hydraulic top links or hydraulic drawbars are increasingly indispensable for any tractor, especially for plows, where precise plow adjustment is possible. Or planing boards for snow and earth, where it is possible to perform the inclination of the board with a hydraulic pull. It is especially useful in tractor forklifts where it is used for tilting or at plateaus even for dumping cargo.
How to choose or order the right top link:
1 step: How much HP does the tractor have on which it will be top link used
1 category: for tractors from 20 to 55 HP
2 category: for tractors from 45 to 95 HP
3 category: for tractors with 95 HP or more
Otherwise, it is also necessary to consider what attachment the top link will be used for, as e.g. with a 100 HP tractor, we do not need a category 3 top link, if we are going to use it for a tractor plateau that has a max. load capacity of 1500 kg.
2 step: What holes for the pin "tractor hitch pin" are needed on the top link
1 category: holes 19,2 mm or 25,4 mm
2 category: hole 25,4 mm
3 category: holes 25,4 mm or 32,4 mm
It is also possible to use a reducer, from one dimension to another, so one top link can be used on several different tractors or attachments.
In the case of automatic drawbars or special drawbars, the holes are fixed with a ball which is clamped in a quick clamping hook on the drawbar.
3 step: length of the top link or top link stroke
Somehow there is no rule or rather, there is no exact standard for how much stroke the hydraulic top link should have for each type of tractor. This mainly depends on the type of tractor and the tractor attachments for which it is intended. It is usually used for more or for all tractor attachments that we have, so it is necessary to determine a certain length that will serve for all or most tractor attachments. It is usually easiest to measure the threaded top link we already have. Depending on the compressed length of the threaded top link (the center of the holes is measured), find the nearest hydraulic top link and thus see the maximum or. stretched length and its stroke.
Standard top link strokes are:
- 160 mm
- 210 mm
- 280 mm
- 400 mm
The length depends on top link type.
4 step: What type of top link to chose
- standard top link
(Used on basic tractors)
- automatic top link with hook:
(Used if quick-release hooks are installed on the tractor on the lower support arms)
- special top link with hook
(it is an automatic top link, but it has a special hook for tractor attachments that move more in the left or right direction),
Hydraulic top links are intended to use on tractors:
